QuikTrip Park at Grand Prairie Stadium Policies

Note: No outside food or drinks will be allowed inside the stadium, unless it is medically necessary. Children 2 and under will receive free entrance, but must sit on a parents lap during the game.

Players will be available both before and after the game to sign autographs for fans.

The games will be broadcast online and can be accessed by going here.

Fans using foul language or who appear intoxicated will be ejected from the ballpark. Fans that enter the playing field or interfere with the playing of the game will be ejected from the ballpark and subject to arrest.

What we expect from the fans in the stands at every game!

First Aid
Fans in need of medical assistance should get in contact with an usher, AirHogs staff member, concession worker, or police officer immediately. Emergency medical services will be available at the ballpark.

Gates Open
Fans will be allowed in one hour before first pitch.

Handicapped Seating
Is available under cover located throughout the main concourse level.

Information Booth
Is located at the main entryway across from the merchandise store.

Kids Zone
The Wide World of Parks, brought to you by the Grand Prairie Parks and Rec Department, is 17,000 square feet, protected with netting along the RF line.

Lost and Found
Located at the information booth.

If you’re hungry, check out our concession stands located throughout the main concourse and the Fieldhouse Grill & Bar located in left field.

Objects leaving the field of play
Are yours to keep, heads up!

Can be accommodated in emergency situations.

Pets/Animals are not allowed in the ballpark except for certified guide dogs for the disabled and on “Dog Days”.

Rain Checks
If a game is rained out before the bottom of the 5th inning fans will be able to receive tickets to the makeup date.

Security procedures
Police officers will be available behind the customer service booth and will provide assistance to fans in need.

Smoking Policy
The ballpark will be a non smoking facility.
