Not much went right for the AirHogs in a 16-1 loss to the Kansas City T-bones in game 2 of the series Wednesday night.

The T-bones started the scoring early and it just kept on coming all night long. Kansas City scored 1 run in the 1st, 5 in the 2nd, 6 in the 4th, 3 in the 7th, and finally 1 in the 8th. Former AirHog Stewart Ijames would end the night 5-6 with a HR, 3B, and 2 RBI.

The AirHogs offense unfortunately just never got going. They scored a single run in the 4th inning on an RBI groundout from Na Chuang.Li Ning was the only starter to collect a base hit, he had two. The only other hit went to pinch hitter, and pitcher Trevor Simms. For Simms it was his first professional hit.

The AirHogs had 2 position players make mound appearances tonight. Li Ning pitched the 6th inning allowing 3 runs and Yang Jin gave up a solo homerun to Stewart Ijames in the 7th.

The AirHogs take on the Kansas City T-bones in game 3 of the series. The will be the final home game of 2019 for the AirHogs. The Hogs will send Travis Ballew to the mound to face off against T.J. House for the T-bones.
